Based in Athens, I offer psychotherapy in both English and Greek, providing a supportive and structured space for meaningful change.

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach developed in the 1960s that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

CBT is widely recognised for its effectiveness in treating anxiety, depression, stress, and many everyday challenges because it is practical, goal-oriented, and skills-focused.
